The catch: Thank to lax net neutrality rules passed by the FCC last December, wireless carriers are free to charge users extra for any kind of mobile content they choose — even if it’s available for free via wired connections.

  1. Ah, my own personal troll returns 🙂 Thanks, Stephen, for letting me know I continue to disappoint you. I like to be consistent.

    Actually my strategy here is that since I have so much client work that I rarely have time to blog specifically for Contentious, I’d use this in part as a place to aggregate and expand upon all the writing I’m doing elsewhere.
