"Stéphane argues that connectivity alone is not enough to galvanize economic development–it can only work if content relevant to people's daily lives is readily available. The wiki is part of an effort to springboard content development. There, one can find anything on mobile technology from user stats, case studies from around the world and upcoming events, to (my favorite) tools for developers!"
