		<description>This makes no sense.  I think it will never be possible to stop anonymous posts because even if he did make it a law you can make yourself into anytone you wont to be online.  This is not brick and mortar and if it was, the U.S. doesn't have enough law enforcement agents to regulate the "entire" country.</description>
