That’s terrific! I had a similar conversation with a Starbucks employee in Phoenix, AZ at around 6AM when I went to order a “large drip coffee”. Only I wasn’t as pleasant nor as clever and neither was he as he insisted that I call it either a Venti or a Grande.
I don’t believe I have ever had a convo like that with anyone but that video is awesome I must say! Like Stephen I don’t use their names I just say I want a large and they give no grief about it. Thanks for this great post keep it up!

I refuse to use the Starbucks name for sizes when I order coffee there (I don’t use their made-up names for types of coffee either).
