I too have had some interesting  correspondence with the bluehost employees via their live chat. Extremely rude and short...One time, I had my capslock on by accident, I wasn&#039;t intending to &quot;shout&quot; and the guy went out of his way to tell me not to use all caps in the chat. The way he phrased it was really rude and strange. They seem like miserable employees. I have a feeling that the company is pretty small and they are worked to death...however, I have to say that when I called one time, the girl I talked to was extremely nice. Though they probably keep the nice ones in the sales department.</description>
