		<description>I agree, David. And what's good about this is that it appears to be a grassroots project led by smart people with good connections who care a great deal, and who have a compassionate, positive vision. But they also have money, know-how, and market power.

This could get really, really interesting. And IMHO it seems a bit more real-world than landing a man on the moon. Space exploration is cool, but personally I'd like to put at least as much effort into fixing this planet.

		<description>Amy, your Apollo Project analogy really brought some things into focus for me on this project.  That makes a lot of sense.  For the first time, I can see a good reason for pursuing this -- even if it seems a little idealistic and pie-in-the-sky. I think it's good for us always to have an Apollo Project to pursue.</description>
