Always interesting to read your thoughts. Just one clarification. I also think that an outsider can have the competence needed for internal communications development (incl. blogs as tools). But I'm not that impressed with the many blog consultants popping up these days. Some seems very credible, others strike me as "good writers and decent businessmen". Not more. And that is not enough for more profound organizational changes, I belive.</description>
