I’m so flattered! A few days ago I submitted my very first audio comment to one of my favorite podcasts, The Bitterest Pill by Dan Klass. Well, in yesterday’s show he played my comment! Not only that, but he paid me some very kind compliments too about how I structured my comment. Hey – I’ve got the content issues down, now I just need to work on tools and technique.

In my comment (which is right at the start of the show), I tell a funny little story about something that happened to me, which one of Dan’s shows reminded me about. It’s a good laugh. Dan liked it.
Dan, thanks so much. I’ve gotta tell you, I’m having an unbelievably lousy week. (Well, aside from my new iBook.) Today I was just about ready to stand outside and wait for the meteor to hit me when I heard you play and compliment my comment. So I’ll postpone suicide (astrocide?) for the moment. When the snow clears from the bike paths around here, maybe you can make me laugh so hard I’ll slam into a cow and thus gratefully meet my end.
…And no, Dan I wasn’t biking in the snow when I listened to your podcast last week, but before the snow hit. Later, when it was snowing, I was driving in the mountains and totaled my car. True story, but not as funny as the one you included in your show.
