		<description>I agree that it is worth spending money to get this right but I think a well-hosted service based on Mailman would be better than any of the commercial services you mention. Mailman itself is not clunky (it's features are robust and it is very customizable) but having to run a mail list yourself isn't worth the money you save.</description>
